After completing an auctioneering course in 2004, she was headhunted by New World Auctioneers, Gardens. This was short-lived as she realised her true passion lay in sales. She joined Apartments and Homes in Sea Point where she sold and managed rental properties.
In 2008, Rosa ventured into entrepreneurship, establishing Santoni Group Real Estate, where she served as a principal specializing in property management. Rosa’s expertise spans commercial and residential properties, including holiday accommodation lets with a strong focus on Airbnb rentals and short-long term stays. Rosa’s proficiency in the real estate market is unparalleled.
